Liposomes are bi-layered, membranous spheres that are similar in almost every way to small cells. Massage NOW Glucosamine, MSM and Arnica liposome lotion into the skin as needed. NOW Glucosamine and NOW MSM capsules or tablets may be taken internally for synergistic effects.
